Reason: I believe I need these flags to help improve the Roleplaying enviroment. To create a new, or different, eviroment for other players to interact and roleplay with. This will help me improve the roleplaying experience of other roleplayers that are with me. And it would change the aspects of a lot of roleplaying situations, to make it more interesting, or fun.

Reason: This is for City RP. My substantial reason for wanting to have 'pet' flags/tooltrust/phystrust, is because I am willing to help the server by making background scenes and important set pieces for Hydroski and the server. I am a well respected active Roleplayer on the city server and would like to also have these rights purely out of support for the community.
