Reason: This is for City RP. My substantial reason for wanting to have 'pet' flags/tooltrust/phystrust, is because I am willing to help the server by making background scenes and important set pieces for Hydroski and the server. I am a well respected active Roleplayer on the city server and would like to also have these rights purely out of support for the community.
