Fallout Character Limitations

Unless Authorized by a Supervisor or higher your character may not have the following. The list is, but is not limited to:

• Be under the Age of 17.
• Having the equivalant to a doctor in medical experience. You may be able to clean or roughly sew up a wound, however you will not be able to diagnose or efficiently heal a wound. A Server Administrator may authorize an ultra or super stimpack, which are able to heal major wounds more often.
• Colors of skin or eyes spontaneously changing, such as them changing to your emotion.
• Being a skilled fighter in a speciality, such as martial arts.
• Power armour training.
• Former (insert faction here); Note, if you are former of said faction, this doesn't apply.
• (insert faction here) Training; Note, if you have said training and gained it in-character, this doesn't apply.
• Having any genetic modification or mutation, i.e. being seven feet tall, or having large lungs\thicker skin\etc. Or, having a surgical reconstruction of your torso to be bullet-proof.
• Being proficient in using any form of weapon. You may have basic knowledge on how to use a basic firearm such as a handgun, however you won't know how to use an anti-materiel rifle\service rifle or similar from the get-go.
• Being lucky. "/me shoots him in the foot out of shere luck" will not be accepted. An overseeing administrator may do this to their own discretion, but YOU CAN NOT.
• Having knowledge in any scientific field. You won't be able to logically explain how a stealth-boy works, except for maybe "turns you invisible". Nor will you be able to hack into terminals and such.
• Being superiorly profecient in anything. Such as being able to mimic accents, or lockpick into a container.
• Being of outrageous height or shape. This includes being taller than 6'4, or being shorter than 5' (unless a child character). This also includes being extremely muscular.
• Pulling languages out of your ass and knowing more than two languages. "I read a book" won't be accepted.
