WaySide Chapel was founded almost 100 years ago, by a man named Ernest Arlington. Ernest was a man of power, family, and courage. Ernest Arlington was/is the founder of Arlington Company, a Famous Military/Trader Company. Ernest built the town up from rubble to livable environment. He was able to negotiate a power treaty with Vault 115. He soon got Flood Lights into the main city, only able to hold a few. The town is made up of a council of three. A Mayor, a Militia, and a team of builders. The Builders left almost 50 years ago, and became known as "The Scrappers". They soon went into hiding, only sending a man out every few days to sell scraps around the wastes. The one thing that scares the Town the most, is the underground caves. They are filled with Mutants and other creatures. The main enemy of the town is the Hillcrest Hillbillies, who are mutated humans. Ernest is alive however, but no one knows where.... or how.... They say he powers the town with his smile, or his brain. They also say the LightHouse is where he is. The Lighthouse is haunted and the town folk say they wouldn't even want to be near it. So here is the story of WaySide Chapel.... a place where you can live, and where you can die...
