Yes, Fiends are around FNV, closer to the border of Vegas, they usually travel with packs of 4-5, they usually attack the NCR and don't really focus on people, altho' they raid them too and their high on chems, basically, half raiders half tribals.

Oh and, we need to choose where we're going to be and what will be the name of the town.
